We want you to be happy with your Roo Gear purchase.

 

Change of Mind

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

We will offer a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Items not in original condition

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
